Eric started out as a Clean Up Boy after his junior year in high school. By 21, he had tested and qualified as Certified in 7 of the 8 key areas for the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Auto and Light Truck Series, becoming a:

• Certified Engine Repair Technician
• Certified Automatic Transmission/Transaxle Technician
• Certified Manual Drive Train and Axles Technician
• Certified Suspension and Steering Technician
• Certified Brakes Technician
• Certified Electrical/Electronics Systems Technician and
• Certified Engine Performance Technician.

He also became a Certified L1 Automobile Advanced Engine Performance Specialist at 21, a designation coveted by many but held by few.

At 22, Eric became a Certified Heating and Air Conditioning Technician, successfully completing all 8 certification areas to become a Certified ASE Master Technician, a level most technicians reach after more than 20 years in the business, if then. He may have been the youngest Certified ASE Master Technician and Certified L1 Automobile Advanced Engine Performance Specialist in the nation.

Today he continues to learn and grow in his knowledge and expertise by attending countless hours of factory and independent training seminars as well as more hands-on experience in the shop.
